Safety razor "KOSMO" - bog oak/chrome
This safety razor from the "KOSMO" collection from Mühle is a closed comb razor.
It's handle is made of bog oak with chrome-plated metal highlights.
This safety razor is also available with the handle made of olive wood.
Directions for use: Unlike modern blade systems, the head of the safety razor is fixed. The blades can be replaced by unscrewing the cover.

For generations, the safety razor has been regarded as a stylish classic which can even shave edges with precision. For many, it is the razor par excellence.
Some men achieve excellent results with a very aggressive blade, others can be satisfied with softer blades. In any case, it is best to avoid unnecessary pressure on the razor handle. Most of the time, a simple combing in the direction of the hair is sufficient and makes the reverse combing unnecessary. The skin must always be kept under tension.
Handle in bog oak
This rare material is not a wood species in its own right, but comes from wood that sank into bogs many centuries ago and has undergone various processes of change in the meantime. This preserves the wood naturally and lastingly. Square timbers are sawn from the few usable trunk sections and then several polishes with fine oils provide an additional seal for the surfaces and give them a silky-matt finish.
