This beautiful 3-parts shaving set from the PURIST collection and done by Mühle contains:

The handles of the shaving brush and the razor from this set are made of briar wood with chromed metal accents.

Directions for use: After use, the shaving brush should be rinsed thoroughly in warm water and hung to dry in a suitable stand.
Shaving brush fine badger:
Fine badger is softer than pure badger, but somewhat firmer than silvertip badger. The hairs are light grey in colour and feature the dark stripe or band typical of high badger hair qualities. This natural hair material is extremely well-suited to wet shavers who value the softness of badger hair and want to achieve a massage effect. This quality is processed mechanically according to the high standards which we apply to all MÜHLE products.
Gillette® Fusion™ razor:
The Gillette® Fusion™ system embraces five blades positioned one above the other as well as a precision edging blade located on the back of the cartridge. This design ensures a very close and gentle shave. It's simple and safe handling is ideal even for newcomers.
Handle in briar wood:
This material has long been valued by lovers of fine tobacco pipes or inlaid work. But only a few people know that the exquisite briar wood is taken from the Erica arborea which grows exclusively in Mediterranean regions. In order to process the vividly grained wood, the root bulb is first cooked. Only then does its beautiful reddish to brown colouring develop. The sections free of cracks and inclusions are then processed with great diligence: sanded into shape, stained by hand, then waxed and finally polished. In this way, each work piece becomes a valuable unique item.
The PURIST collection dispenses with all that is superfluous. The series is characterised by its gently rounded handles with a broadly shaped neck.
